Jenny Walther- Thoss holds a master’s degree in International Agriculture and Regional Development. Currently, she works for the German branch of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) as an advisor on sustainable biomass and is working in the global WWF Market Transformation and Standard & Certification teams.
Jenny is also a member of the Alternative Fuel Task Force of IATA which evaluate the range of potential GHG emissions reductions from the use of alternative fuels in aviation to 2050. Besides, she is also involved in the German Airreg group and technical working groups of ISCC, RSPO, RSB & ITC. Before joining the WWF, Jenny worked seven years in a certification and auditing company in the fields organic agriculture, liquid and solid biomass certification.
